Scholarship Eligibility

Students must complete one full year of learning with ASCAPEX Academy, through either:

• The Annual Program (40 weeks)
or
•Two consecutive Semester Programs (20 weeks + 20 weeks)

This ensures that every scholarship recipient has participated in our full educational framework and has demonstrated measurable growth across the school year.

How Students Are Selected

Scholarship candidates are evaluated on five key dimensions:

1. Academic Progress
Steady improvement in English and/or Mathematics, demonstrated through class performance, weekly tasks, and assessment growth.

2. Skill Development
Clear growth in communication, reasoning, problem-solving, writing ability, and study skills.

3. Engagement & Participation
Active involvement in class activities, simulations, discussions, and real-world tasks.

4. Consistency & Effort
Demonstrated commitment, punctuality, and willingness to improve through feedback.

5. Character & Independence
Positive attitude, responsibility, respectful behaviour, and growing independence in handling academic tasks.

This holistic evaluation ensures fairness and celebrates students who genuinely apply themselves.

How We Choose Scholarship Recipients

  1. Progress Review:
    At the end of the academic year, mentors review each eligible student’s growth in all relevant areas.

  2. Holistic Assessment:
    We evaluate academic, behavioural, and personal development—not just marks.

  3. Scholarship Committee Review:
    A final shortlist is prepared and reviewed internally to ensure fairness and consistency.

  4. Announcement:
    Scholarship recipients are formally notified, and recognition is provided at the end of Term 4.

This structured process ensures transparency and merit-based selection.
